Flash Trash Mob for #NebraskaRecyclesDay
The Blue Bucket Project will have starter-kits for orange bag recycling, compliments of First Star Recycling at the National Recycling Day Flash Trash Mob on Saturday, 11/15/25 9:30am at 10311 I St., the home of First Star Recycling!
Solutions Plastic Lumber Products transforms hard-to-recycle plastics (such as chip bags, straws, plastic utensils) collected at our material recycling facility, into durable, high-performance building materials. The two divisions work hand in hand to not only reduce waste and minimize landfill contributions and also manufacture an eco-friendly alternative to traditional wood products right here in Omaha, Nebraska.
Volunteers will be performing a much needed 60-minute “flash mob” cleanup of the area at our material recycling facility where recycling materials often miss the containers and end up against the fence line. Added bonus: bring your recycling with you to our drop off site!!! ♻️♻️♻️
