Recycling In Action Tours

Please join us on a tour of the largest Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF) in the Heartland. The tour includes a presentation about the single-stream recycling process, commercial and industrial recycling, and our unique on-site orange bag-to-plastic lumber manufacturing operation. We conclude with a Q&A session to help everyone learn how to Recycle Right!

Take a Piece of Recycling With You As a thank-you for joining us, each guest will receive a cell phone stand/card holder made from our ReClaim™ plastic lumber — turning recycled plastics into something practical you can use every day.

Tour Guidelines:

• Group Size/Age: Up to 20 participants (some exceptions may apply), middle school students and up

• Dress Code: Long pants and closed-toe shoes (no heels) required for safety

• Duration: Approximately 1–1.5 hour
